Rodrigo Fuentealba Cartes
Entrepreneur, Bachelor of Engineering Sciences and Computer and Informatics Engineer. For more than two decades I've combined data analysis with software engineering to take projects from idea to production. I'm also a chess player, motorcyclist, radio amateur, and athlete.
Background
I was born in 1983 in Talcahuano, Bío-Bío Region, Chile. In 2024 I earned two degrees, Bachelor of Engineering Sciences and Computer and Informatics Engineer, with Cum Laude distinction. I currently live in the city of Talca, Maule Region, Chile.
Experience
I have worked in data analysis for more than twenty years, long before Data Science emerged as a discipline. Over time I added software engineering to take those analyses into production: from dynamic websites to complex enterprise systems. It was this path that led me to found Sea Dragon S.p.A. in 2021.
